Masiela was an American writer, actor and humanitarian who was born in Tirana Albania. She is a sole child to parents Max Lusha and Daniela Lusha. Lusha's modeling career began after she relocated to Michigan. As she began doing modeling and performing in plays, a Hollywood Talent Agent came across her. Lusha's first poetry book The Inner Thoughts was released by Los Angeles while she was acting. The year 2000 saw her played Lisa as Lisa in Father's Love. Then she went on to appear in one of the episodes of Lizzie McGuire that was her initial role in television productions. Lusha was Carmen Lopez on the popular TV program George Lopez. Brink was part of her very first group Pulse from Albany in New York. The band mainly opened local bands such as Coal Chamber or Sevendust. In the end, members of the band broke into two groups. After moving into Los Angeles from California at 25 years old, Brink emigrated to the city in 2002. Brink was a singer and worked in cafes and bars while she was looking for a band. A few years later, she was introduced to the band's current member Chris Howorth at an audition. Howorth declined to interview her due to the fact she was a woman. However, he changed his mind and apologised to her after hearing her sing. Dying Stars were the name they gave their group, and they were also a part of along with drummer Jeff Fabb. Blake Bunzel on guitar and Josh Newell on bass joined the group in the following years. The name of the band had been changed In This Moment after two shows.
